Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

All items sold through AboardNoahsArk.Com shopping cart will be shipped within 5-15 days of purchase.
Normal shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Shipping and handling rates are non-negotiable on single item purchases. We do offer combined shipping savings.
Shipping quotes do not include insurance unless noted in the item description.
We reserve the right to ship with any company.
USPS is our primary shipper.

Returns:

A Return Merchandise Authorization must be completed within 7 days from receipt of item.
A RMA must be completed via your account.
A full reason for the return must be given when completing the RMA form via your account.
No refunds will be given due to buyer's remorse or without the proper RMA.
Refunds are given if the description is substationally different from the item being sold.
If in doubt about color, size or other details, email us via the contact form prior to purchase.
All shipping and handling charges are non refundable
